Hello, my name is Barry, a recent resident in the marina.

I have moved here from London but I am Welsh.

I am hosting a small party this Sat, for mature individuals. Probably suit those over 45.

If your going to the social and want to come down later do let me know.

Slight confusion over the mature tag. The implication was meant to convey that members in there twenties might not fancy it, people in the thirties and forties would like nice company. That does not sound right but you know what I mean
