Why does this keep happening. Been to party tonight.fab people. About 12 couple's, all on there profile as non smokers,and in no time atall the all turn into smokers.if you smoke and you don't mind then fine. But why keep putting it on profiles that they don't smoke.rant over.nice people by the way.

I totally get your gripe, nothing worse than meeting a guy who claims to be a non smoker, only to smell that he is grrrrr

I normally don't message girls or couples if they state that they won't meet smokers.

Happened to me a few times...profile says " non smoker" turned up for a social and they start puffing away!!

Having a coffee and a fag here as I type lol. Would be like me claiming to look like Nicole Kidman then turning up dragging my arse behind me. Honesty is always the best policy x

Yes I know of a few profiles that say they are non smokers then light up at the meet. IF you are going to lie then you have to be good at it!

Its blatantly obvious anyway as you can smell and taste it no matter how clean you think you are

I've read profiles that state non-smokers and then have pictures of themselves smoking in their galleries.

In regards to this post. You went to a party and of 12 couples (24 people) every single one of them state they are non smokers yet lit up? I'm sorry but I think (actually know) you're exaggerating considering I knew several who were there and whilst I wasn't I know that they categorically do not smoke. It's a party, some people smoke some people do, but don't say that all 12 of these couples are lying... it's like sensationalist journalism!"

I always make sure I dont smoke prior the meet too. They might still smell it, but at least i do make an effort

Vile. Smoking is banned from public places and shouldn't be allowed in public areas of a party... I wouldn't have been impressed with that at all, and surprised they felt that it was acceptable?!

When we hold parties, there is a smoking area in the yard. Not a problem, no-one has yet tried to smoke in the house.
