Really confused about why single men keep moaning about not being able to get a meet. Last night Caz wanted a single man to join us, we unblocked single males and put up a status. Within minutes had loads of messages but they were mostly questions regarding who was going to be there etc etc. Once we filtered through that we had men saying they were on their way who then didn't turn up and messaged this morning to say they "fell asleep". What do single men want, when they have it offered on a plate they still can't get it right. The most annoying thing is the majority of the time wasting men, have on their profiles "hate time wasters". We'll be sticking to couples from now on.

What time did it go on? I know single guys have a bad rep on here and can make things very tricky for couples looking for genuine single males!

have loads of interest...(currently have 2600 unread messages) BUT....you try getting one to secure a meet.....

Obv theres a few that would turn up in a second..but filtering through the time wasters..pic collectors.. web cam wannabes etc.....time ive sifted through these and spent.hours talking crap i give up...

Why not add to your profile the caveat that single men when we want you we will find you but at the same time be building up a dialogue with the men you fancy as time goes by?

That way you can advertise to these friends a little in advance or inform them that you may be meeting that week or day.

If however you're more interested in lastminute.com dial-a-man I'm not surprised most single men are reticent as they simply don't know you

In a word build up a rapport with a number of men that you can call on when you want one

I had this very same conversation last night. They complain that they don't get a fair crack at the whip on the forums, then as you put it is "offered on a plate" they still can't be bothered, no wonder they don't get any luck.

Couples and single fems get to know the "genuine" guys because they get recommend.

I think the best way to find a single guy now is to either attend socials or clubs and network. At least you know they have the ability to show up.

Ive tried saying this to guys when they say im ignorant fir not replying....as quick as your scrolling down to find the msg u want.to reply to..another 200 come in...so its kinda hardwork...i end up getting bored and losing faith.

Yes guys do have bad reputation and with more guys ratio to single fems and couples. Chances are that most guys are fantasist but there are genuine single guy swingers who's getting tarred with the same brush.

This is how I tend to run my profile, but there are times when no one is free & I feel the need to advertise a meet, it's soooooo stressful, even getting a guy to confirm is a nightmare nowadays. It never used to be this bad x

All the advise on building up a rapport is vaid but have you read our profile?.

We hold parties regulary and know loads of men but knowing. Over 50 men is' nt enough for a meet now.as most people have lives andare doing somthing else. These men were online at midnight and messaged US

HD and I advertised for single male's to join us dogging Friday. I had over 100 messages regarding it, applied the usual filters and the 15 that wanted to and I wanted to join all went AWOL. Scarlett and I posted a social meet last night, loads of guys interested and again none turned up. Dammed if you do and dammed if you don't.

In my case, I always have bad timing. Had my first party invite last week but couldn't go cos I was out wetting my great nephew head and way too d*unk to drive typical lol

But if I've made arrangements, I never pull out of the arrangement unless its a act of god thats stop me lol

We have lots of veri's and a lot on here can verify how many hundreds of miles we drive each year for socials and meets.

Trying to get a meet as a single male though. Wow that's hard. Some might be put off by the fact i am married thinking i am playing away. She gets more fun than me though lol.

To be fair every time ive arranged a meet the guy has always turned up and ive been here a few years now. Maybe im just lucky or a good judge of character i dont know but dont see the point of tarring all single guys with the same brush because of a small minority

Do have a problem with guys moaning that they don't get a response or don't get the one they want/expect.

Naughty girl I have just checked your profile i didn't message you as I thought because of your age range. I always read profiles and respect what they say. Feel free to message if you want to but don't feel obliged now lol.

What I do is the following:

I read the whole profile.

If I am interested AND I am within their respective age gender limits I will introduce my profile to them to take a look.

I then wait to see what they do.

If I see the message has been read and deleted with no reply I go back on their profile and use the private notes to say I messaged with no reply so I know not to pester them again.

Occasionally I bump into them at a later date at socials and face to face we usually find we actually get on.

It would stop alot of problems maybe if more people used the private notes option.

I have seen alot of single guys do ok with meets through going to events and organised socials. I don't mean turn up and stand in the corner with other guys talking about work or football either. I hate football anyway lol.

It's not a date site or a sex site. It's a swingers site.

It's a life stile not a quick fuck. Well mostly!

Put the effort in to get the fun out of it. You don't get all the fun for nothing.

This isn't aimed at anyone in particular. Just see a lot of guys moaning in other threads who want it all on a plate.

I've been chatting to some guy on here for ages and to be fair there has been no attraction what so ever.then he turned up at a party on Saturday and i nearly fell off my seat lol...

So it goes to show until you get to meet that person you don't no what they are really like..

To be fair, there are a lot of genuine, nice, polite single guys out there.

However, they are swamped by the thousands of absolute dickheads lol!

And, although I know I'm gonna get shot for saying this, ladies, you sometimes make things worse!

You see, most of the "timewaster singles" arent actually single. By playing with a married guy and verifying him, you are enabling the problem to proliferate.

Sure, some women say "It's not my problem if he's cheating, it's his", but how would you feel if that was your husband/partner?

It's a fact that, on a list for a social/party/gathering, there will be loads of "single guys"..... and a shit-stack of them won't turn up.... cos their wives wont let them out!

Out of 100 guys, I reckon there might be 5 who are genuine, the rest are (in order) married/fantasists/lazy/feckless.

It's easy to get caught out, but it's what you do once you know that makes a difference. We met a guy a few times at parties, he was great, fun, friendly, and Jayne loved playing with him.

Then some time later, we found out he was married. We will never play with him again, have withdrawn our veri, and have told as many people as possible that he is married.

Ultimately, it's down to us, the members of this site, to make it harder for those that abuse the system to get away with it.

Married guys will always give themselves away in some way, just be vigilant.
