Evening All, I see that there are quite alot of people attending different gym's and just wondering if any of you have signed up for Yoga classes

Im learning yoga at the moment, not through a gym or class though just through books, youtube and other online sites....always worry if im doing it wrong though as I have no teacher

.Ive done both in the past and there both good in their own way depends what your aiming for?now i go to the gym and do zumba,kettlebells and circuits.

Aiming for more toned and flexibility in conjunction with the gym

Pilates is good for core mobility, I use yoga for my flexability. and relaxation

Other than that its spinning and kettlebells. Any advice let me know, my job is in the fitness industry
