"Most people in Wales don't realise how much control the welsh assembly already has and still blame the government in London for the shambles that our health service and schools are in. Let Wales and Scotland go their own way and see how well they get on. As long as they don't go to England fir a bail out lol. Yes I'm English live in Wales for 20 years" From a personal perspective I have nothing but praise for the NHS in Wales...my son would have no quality of life if it wasnt for them and for that i thank them

"I think part of the problem has always been this pretence of being "British". Firstly, the union jack doesn't even represent Wales as a country- when it was devised years ago, Wales was already deemed by most to be a principality of england by then, hence its creation was really was to pacify the scots (if you look at it there is no trace of the Welsh flag). What that tells you about england's general and centuies old feeling towards wales i'll leave up to you. The old saying "For "British" see "English" is very true and strikes a cord with a lot if people in Wales, Scotland and (naturally) Northen Ireland. There was a lot of fuss made over the London olympics where an awful lot of tax-payer's money went into funding it.Here in Cardiff, the only people to benefit were the council, who hiked up parking rates during the two minor events that were held here and then have kept the prices up ever since (calling it the "olympic legacy") But ultimately it's always an individual's choice which stance he takes politically.Phew that's my political contribution done for the year lol " Yes the union jack is the Scottish Saltire, the blue & white, St George's cross, Red cross on white & the NI flag white with red diagonal (St Andrews cross) nothing representing Wales it's shocking, you forgot to mention the Millenium Dome Tony built for all the Citizens of Britain & put it in London where it was easy to get too
