I wouldn't worry about clashing dates, it was quite a good number of us to enable good conversation etc. Anything too big and you'll probably have to change the venue which would be a shame.

The pub says they'll do barbecues for groups of up to 100 people !!

But I think that's getting too many, and I wouldn't want the responsibility of the money
