I run. Slowly. I'm doing Cardiff Half on three weeks.

Cycle a bit but just to get around the city - couple of miles tops.

I would love to try open water swimming too! My mate does it in Brighton - she has a good dry suit and goggles etc. It's quite trendy down there. I'd like to get involved with something like that here too. Perfect spot for it in Cardiff as the coastline is so near and the estuary is pretty calm.

Climbing (prefer trad but will do sports too if necessary, hoping to do more mixed in the winter), hiking, kayaking (touring or white-water), canoeing (touring). Would love to do some more coasteering too.
