Cant sleep

What the feck is that all about....anyone else suffer with this and how do you conquer it...??? It is affecting my day to day life now

I find that if I write down what I am thinking so much about I then sleep OK . But sometimes pulling one off does the trick

I'm often awake at silly time in the morning, I no longer get stressed about it & know that my body will catch up at some point. A relaxed cuppa, peruse the forums & back to bed & if I'm lucky Biggus will oblige before we both nod off

Try listening to the radio but have it on low works for me

And not radio 1 either something slow like smooth lol

Went threw a shity time few years ago and lost loads of sleep when i was looking on line i found this. When your laying there trying to drop off, slowly breath in for 2seconds, then out for 3 while counting to the 2 and 3 each time. As long as your mind dont wonder and you start thinking about the idiot who annoyed you in work or the sexy meet your having next, it works pritty good for me

I need very little sleep my maximum is 4 to 6 hours it been like this for the last 12 14 years I find constructive things to do with my time I also look upon it as a blessing as you sleep a long time dead occasionally get an 8 to 10 but very real usually after exhausting sex

A good wank or fuck makes you sleepy ! Or lavender oil on the pillow or in a nice warm bath . Hot toddy helps tooo. Failing that thinking of a to do list helps as in people to do ! Lol x
