hey guys, looking into budget hotels in south wales and was hoping for some advice regarding the rooms. Are some fussy with amount of guests in/out?

Ideally a hotel with rooms outside of reception would be a bonus! thanks

Cardiff Campanile is cheap and had outside rooms.
