It's not just blokes who don't read profiles properly

Its not just us guys who don't read profiles properly before sending messages or winking or using 'Hun' 'babe' or other such title when addressing a lady (I don't use them by the way).

Why are some people so bloody uptight on here...? This is meant to be fun. I'm SO easygoing I'm almost horizontal, yet feel like I'm walking on eggshells when speaking to some people with the attitude that comes across sometimes. There are some really lovely genuine people on here, who I'm proud to have as friends, but being much more guarded as to who I'll approach from now on...a sad day. R.

Yeah you do get some who are a little on edge...! Just take them with a pinch of salt haha.

Yep hate bad manners nothing wrong with a bit of old fashioned standards. Just treat people like you would like to be treated. I know some people are busy and get inundated with messages but courtesy costs nothing. Ah well rant over. Lol

I think some women get a little tetchy when they get 30+ messages a day from guys all of whom haven't read profiles..

Granted mine is a fecking monster but I try to give benefit of the doubt..

Women are just as bad sometimes too x

One of our little pet hates people not reading profiles we had one last night ranting cause we politely thanked for a wink said not what we are looking for replys with why respond in the first place we were always told manners cost nought that was a couple by the way

Some single blokes we've spoken to when been in chat room can be rude when u say no thanks been called far and all sorts but majority we speak to have been very polite and friendly and respect we ain't for them it's the ones who don't read a profile who need a kick

People wink at profiles to see if there is any interest they may not be what you are looking for that's why the wink , not every body sticks to the things of what they are looking for in the profile or are very explicit in what they are looking for on their profile . If someone messages after a wink it's usually because they are interested in finding out more , most people don't respond to winks at all if they are not interested .

I use winks a lot & like to receive them, if I like the winker I'll message them, if not I delete. It's a simple system that works for me x

I think that's how most people work it peachy , people don't generally respond to winks if they not liking the profile or it's by someone they don't want to meet as sending a message saying thanks for the wink normally means someone is interested in you . Xx
