I just keep having the same conversation with someone that not saying you done something is almost as bad as lying about it

I would say its not lying, but its obviously not being open and honest and secrets i personally feel are as bad as telling lies.

I'd say it all depends on who you aren't telling it too and if they deserved to know in the first place. And the reasons for keeping back information. If it's to stop them getting hurt, sometimes it's better x
