Running around Cardiff

Does anyone know of any good routes/ trails around the city ?

I've done a few laps of Bute Park but would like some variety

Anything from 3km to 10km

Look up Cardiff survival of the fittest 10k . And put your name down for this years .

ever tried the Taff trail? Out of town from Sophia Gardens up towards Castell Coch.

Actually I'd planned to do that tonight

Got a 14 km run in my schedule and will see how far I get

Taff Trail heading south, past Millennium Stadium and down to Cardiff Bay, over the barrage and back again, fabulous views.

Just run off over a 1000 calories, so it's time to go into town and get me some carbs
