A friend of mine had this done and the needle went through some nerves, it has left her numb down below, says she can't climax through clitoral stimulation or feel a vibrator. On the plus side she can ride a bike for hours! Shame really, she was really into sex.

It takes a year to fully heal but as long as you wear a condom you can have sex straight away :D no oral for a few weeks though as the bacterial in the spit could cause an infection.

I looked into it as I really wanted to get it done but like Dragonsauce said, I was worried about losing sensation down there. My life wouldn't be worth living if I didn't have clitoral stimulation!

As long as you go to a decent piercer then you should be fine
