I have over the years and years on swing site seen the saying "we are not hardened swingers" . What exactly is a hardened swinger. I still have yet to find out. Can someone explain .......

I've often wondered & this thing with too many veris scaring people away yeah some of us have been around a long time & some of us might meet often, some occasionally & some only socially not so sure it makes us hardened. But then again is down to those who view us to determine what they think of us x

My perception of a 'hardened swinger' is the'any hole a gole or any cock will do' type.They/he/she aren't interested in the social side anymore and lost the excitement of the build-up to a meet.As i only see it on profiles of fabsters who have been active swingers for some time or are returning after a break i think they want to reasure others that"yes we are experienced but we don't just play with anybody and enjoy the social side".........has anyone seen a profile were they/he/she called themselfes a Hardened Swinger?????May be that's the person/s to tell us

Ive seen quite a few profiles stating "We are by no means hardened swingers" which makes me wonder why they feel the need to explain themselves to others

deffo kitten . we are what we are.

Some have more time to meet and have higher sex drives so look to meet more , some meet occasionally, some are here just to be social and hardly ever meet for sex.

personally we meet mainly at our parties or with friends we have met.

I have been around quite a few years..(blush)...sorry to say..lol ..and have seen/heard this comment constantly, and the common meaning that has always been associated with "harden swingers" as people who are always meeting, and working their way through the phone book....this is NOT my opinion folks just what has been said around me...it's peoples judgment coming to the surface....even in swinging there is judgment that is why most of us keep it under cover...as for soft swing....yes it's everything except intercourse Femme xx

Well said. We've met cpls who've said they delayed meeting us because they thought we were hardened swingers yet when we actually met they realised that we were more nervous than them and thata it's not an everyday thing for us.

On one site we have 56 validations. These are a mixture of play and social meets (60% social). People look and think OMG that's loads but we've been in and out of the lifestyle for 12 years so that's 4.5 meets per year which is way less than many of the so called newbies lol
