Time Wasters!!

It really boils my piss when people arrange to meet and suddenly go offline when you've told them you're outside (after driving 10 miles). Anyone ever given second chances to time wasters, and seen the missed meet as a genuine oversight?

this site is full of them...that's why I don't tend 2 meet unless I've met them at a social or a club
