Rhyl

Moyes has been found out for the prick he is.

He appears to have been holding Everton back for 11 years, looking at what Roberto Martinez has done with basically the same squad.

Now Moyes is dragging Man Ure down to the mid table mediocrity he took Everton to.

So, smug Man Ure fans - you laughed when you stole Everton's manager and star player away.

How's that working out for you?

I think Swansea are one of the few teams not to attract serious foreign investment, who knows in time to come will this mean they are left behind?

I stand to be corrected but they are the only team who have to share their stadium still.

Hopefully not but Id still like to see serious money put in so they can help nurture more GREAT players who will go On and represent Wales like Ashley Williams has and Roger Freestone before him.

Yes Tan is foregin, some of our players are, if you re-call your loans you can or at least almost field a full Spanish 11. Thats modern day football.

Swansea currently sit 3 points higher than Cardiff, thats Man Utd away, we have West Ham home. Hardly something to get a stiff neck over. I might watch it as it'll be like watching Barca v Man Utd really they way both teams play such attractive football

As mentioned above, US being owened by a foreginer tells you something. Most other clubs are now, even in the Championship.

You more worried for us that we are, or for you that your not?

Ok, so if your correct you have no debt, perfect opportunity for investment then?

I happen to know Swansea Fc run at a profit, this dosent mean investment wouldnt be welcomed and never be nieve to think it's not needed.

One thing I will say, on that side of things the club is a benchmark and is a fine example to others. That though, is where it starts and ends.

No not at all, been a fan since Man City fa cup game, still a fan now but have my reasons why I dont attend, it has nothing to do with red/blue.

I still wear my 'Ken Thorne' shirt, that was the season we went up out of the old Div 3. Hammans second year.

I dont want to pick through your post bit by bit but its not me banging on about money buys you everything.

Im suggesting to you that investment would take you to the next level. Huw Jenkins would snap there hand off (I think) if someone wanted to use your club as a toy as our owner does but offer millions in return.

He's not our chairman, our chairman is also foregin but by the looks a nice guy, not a loon like Tan. the Fa fucked up letting him pass the fit and proper test, not Cardiff fans. Many lifers still love the city but ripped their ticket up. Tan is the laughing stock thats been repeated in this thread, not the fans (perhaps not a point made by you). You will actually find nothing but praise for them latley.

We used to share but due to investment it was us that told the Blues to move out.

we as a club made mistakes in the past and have learned by our mistakes , we have a board of directors and a supporters trust stake of 20%, all members are swansea fans, no debt at the moment, were as at cardiff you have had a number of chairmen who have no pride for there club risedale hamman and now tan, cardiff are still not learning from there mistakes, this man tan has sold the soul of the club and has no passion for the club, it says a lot for the people of cardiff who have left this guy walk all over you , were are the local people to invest in the club and were are the supporters trust, we have risen from the bottom of the football league to the premiership in 10 years and if you talk to real cardiff fans they will tell you , they are envious of the way we are run, why would any swansea fan be envious of the way cardiff is run.

I dont agree on the pride thing fully with you.

Risdale and Hamman were pair of bandits, however they did have passion for us even if at times they tried to ruin us, it was Risdale that sold us to Malaysia.

How the fuck Hamman is now president i'll never know, well thinking about it it was a business deal to sell the debt we owed him.

Do you remember Tony PETTY? He would of turned you into flats or a supermarket had he gotten away with it. Thankfully for us all he didnt.

The people of Cardiff have let him walk all over us? Please at least take the effort to read my replies, Im trying to use punctuation where possible to make it easier for you.

A lot of our lifers won't go anymore, how many red shirts do you see when we are on the TV? If you get to see it that is. Its his money, his club as far as he is concerned. Do you feel the Hull fans are letting their chairman walk all over them as he's up to similar tricks? There isnt much we can to stop him, we make our voices heard thats for sure. He's confused why we sing managers and players names while he pays the wages. Do you have any suggestions as fans as to what we can do to stop him? (please answer this and don't ignore it)

We have more than one supporters trust and fan members on the board, don't think your above us on that, we have Directors who have been fans since us two were kicking around in the top tiers the previous time to this.

I have already mentioned I approve of the way your club is financed and how everyone should take a look but thats it.

I can't think of any players I would want other than Ben Davies as he is a Welsh boy, maybe Michu. I used to rate Vorm, still do but not above our GK.

I wouldnt swap stadiums, the Welsh Fa seem to prefer ours. I wouldnt swap the fact we own it rather than rent/share it/whatever deal you have with the council. I wouldnt swap our history or trophy cabinets and I wouldnt swap our fanbase's.

So other than the fact you have no debt, anything else you think we are green about?

I can't think of any players I would want other than Ben Davies as he is a Welsh boy, maybe Michu. I used to rate Vorm, still do but not above our GK.

I wouldnt swap stadiums, the Welsh Fa seem to prefer ours. I wouldnt swap the fact we own it rather than rent/share it/whatever deal you have with the council. I wouldnt swap our history or trophy cabinets and I wouldnt swap our fanbase's.

So other than the fact you have no debt, anything else you think we are green about?

"

you are to far into tans debt to get out , if he pulls the plug you are finished, if you read about him his staff in malaysia make videos praising him, that is why malky had to go as he was getting the attention and not tan, ollie is going to be a yes mr tan man.

It makes me think what his motives are throwing all this money into cardiff as he is not really a football fan and certainly does not know the rules, think riesdale has caught you again with mr tan, he is the real reason cardiff are in such a mess, no matter how much money you have you do not throw it away, he is charging you 7% intrest on loans.

h

He is in complete control of your club and is only a matter of time before a name change and the stadium named the vincent tan stadium, it is like a new toy to him but if he does not get the hero status he craves for he will be off, we were lucky we got rid of petty but i think you are stuck with tan, as much as i dislike cardiff as a football fan i know how much it hurts when your club is held to ransom, but as i said earlier riesdale was the start of the rot, now hamman and tan together will destroy your club which is sad as genuine fans are the ones that are really hurting.

Well you are lucky as there is no cardiff player i would want in our squad and another thing you have far to big a squad on big wages no one seems to be controlling the finances, it is not the same playing you in red just does not seam right, what it must be like for the die hard fans i hate to think, premiership football brings out the plastics and prawn sandwich brigade not the die hard fans but that is the changeing face of football, lower league football was much more enjoyable being with your mates than premiership football being ripped of every week.

I spent more time watching us in the lower leagues than the upper levels and would have no problems supporting them there again. I can only take your word ref: plastic but its old hat in this thread now.

In my opinion it was Hamman who started it not the riddler, riddler just picked up the pieces.

7% isn't bad - when compared to what Scam charged us before. We were in too deep with him, never mind what Tan thinks he would get back.

Does any investor actually make any money in football, never mind break even?

I think you could do with a Medel to protect your back four and while he cost a lot, so far its kind of been justified. Remember the player dosent set the fee but compare the £12m to others, to some he will look like a bargain, others will make it look like a rip off (Huddlestone, bargain at £5m). I think he would replace whoever is there now for you.

Im obviously angered by Tan and his toy, but feel for Hull aswell, as already hinted. Something has to be done. Hamman should never of got away with what he did with Wimbledon, but rules havent changed enough.

He/we also own a club in Bulgaria or somewhere, who knows if he will do the same with them.

What you've told me is stuff that we have known for a long time and isnt news to us anymore, if you think you've looked into him it's nothing compared to the lengths some of our fans have.

would I swap anything other than the colour and badge and silly shit he says 'No', its a hell of a ride.

I can't see why your club wouldn't do the same, even if it was just £9m to be called 'The Amazon Arena' for eg.

One of the obvious difference's is your a selling club, we arn't. We don't need to due to the dictator but in recent years we have had to sell our squad almost all in the same week just to keep afloat.

no matter what you say every club is a selling club money talks 15 million for joe allen we robbed liverpool, 5 million for graham with all his off field problems and 6 million for sinclair who had already been found out was good buisness, but you sold good youngsters come into there prime, but other than ramsey think the rest were best at average, hopefully the football authorities will step in and stop any name changeing.

Football no longer seams about the fans long has the days gone when players would talk to you, sign autograpths etc, they are to far up there own backsides, it is about money , shirt sales at high prices any way to get money out of the fans pockets, we in swansea have to live within our means and will be supprised if we make any more big signings after bony in the next 18 months as we just do not have the money, on dsaturday we will have to put 4 under 21 players on the bench as we have no experienced players fit, ollie has been given money to buy players like malky was but it is not the managers who agrees terms so why is tan blameing malky , i hope malky screws tan for every penny because he was badly treated and feel olie will end up go in the same way , i would love to see cardiff go down to see what tans reaction would be, who would he blame, but think they will stay up and tan will get all the credit for sacking malky.

The teams play, they get points, the better team of the season is the one with most points.

If there was only one team, not much to watch, so guess we need lots of teams. You have your favorite team (for reasons most can't say why) other have theirs.

Since it's classed as a sport (But really a business now) I would expect sportsmanship off those who enjoy the game, and not the infantile behavior/conduct of a few supporters.

maybe so, but man utd fans are bad loosers and the fact that man city are far superior to you now, think you might be looking up at your neighbours for quite some time , just listen to the radio phone ins all want moyes out, it is a case of only sing when you are winning and do nothing but whinge when your looseing, there is a hell of a lot of football fans enjoying your freefall.

Love it when the so called utd haters come out of the woodwork at the first sign of a dip , I'm sure you look for their results before your own team , it's hilarious , as for fans wanting moyes out , any true fan will tell you that they accept a major change in management will cause temporary dip in form , especially as it's a new man coming in to replace the greatest British manager there has been . The days of the boot room promotions from the days of Liverpool are long gone .

Moyes has been given a 6 year contract for a reason , the utd hierarchy realise it's going to take time and they are prepared to wait , as are the vast majority of true fans , ferrgie took 3 years to get anything substantial in regard to trophies so why should moyes be any different

And let's be fair we have more than enough success in the past 2 decades to tide us over so you just keep crowing about how much you're enjoying the "Free fall" , it won't last for long in real terms
