It's September the 7th ..

I used to be "fittish" as played American football.. Give it a go.. I've signed up and reckon now till September would be a reasonable time to train

That's a long time in the future

Rhyl 10 miler in February, followed by Chester half marathon in May

Nope will be doing Swansea bay 10k around then and will be well under way with training for Snowdon Marathon by then!

Eliza has never run before -- but has entered for this years Cardiff Half Marathon!! She advises that the increased fitness will be good for more swinging too!!
