Think everyone's being Koi due to this press issue. I myself have no idea for dogging locally. I do however know places where you could go arranged with others that are quiet and pretty secluded

many will know none will say openly in a forum use the 100's of simuler threads to see what i mean dont forget dogging is an illeagal act and to publicly advertise where your going to be doing it would simply be dumb+ as the above said with ne current press intrest would you really want to be in the middle of it and get caught on camera for all to see?

dogging is not illegal the exposure is police can not act without complaint the reason sits are not exposed is it attracts undesirables i organise dogging in west wales we are looking for more couples single women to enjoy this outdoor persut keep it safe

Apparently the police themselves can now make the complaint of offence caused therefore a member of the public dies not have to witness or make a complaint , in short if a copper sees u having sex in public they can say they are offended and act upon it

Under section 66, the issue is intent to cause distress or alarm, so as long as you take sensible measures to not be viewed by innocent by-standers like choosing remote areas for your meetings and preferably late at night then IN THEORY you are making no malicious intent to cause distress or alarm.police officer must prove intent ie if police approach you take reasonable action to avoid public witnessing your genitals this does not apply to women only an erect penis.

Under section 67, the important thing is to make certain you have received an obvious invitation to watch people dogging, it's all about consent, so as long as you aren't deliberately sneaking up on 'non-dogging' courting couples who had no intention of being watched by anyone then IN THEORY you should be okay. this is why organized dogging is a better bet a police officer approaching a site must be in uniform make himself known and prove beyond reasonable doubt a breach of the peace has taken place in an organized meeting all present will be complying with consent laws and ensuring no member of public can be witness to carrying ons keep it safe keep it leagle
