With this site.

I have been on a while, had a reasonable number of meets, chatted to some lovely people.

But recently, have got chatting to someone, and after a day or so, without warning they block me.

Starting to get really irritating, especially as I don't really know why.....

I may not be Brad Pitt, but I haven't been hit in the face with the coal shovel either...

Wondering if i can be bothered any more!

Simple answer then, LEAVE and stop whinging in the forums.

Don't think there was any need for that sort of reply.... he was simply venting his frustration regarding something that happened on the site..... if you have Nothing nice to say n all that......

I agree, tad harsh reply, not everyone gets success on here. It can be frustrating at times, but it also cant rain all the time

Maybe some time away and come back afresh and try again?

Same old fab, most replies to guys whinging in the forums are harsh, just look through the older forums and there are more "poor me", "Im fed up" posts than there are any others. If you want to whinge or cry on a shoulder then go do it away from the forums, this site is supposed to be for fun, not nursing those who are fed up and or whinging!!

Didn't post looking for a shoulder to cry on, maybe just to vent a little.

I get plenty of replies,and a few meets. Ive had plenty of messages ignored too...

Some who politely say I don't float their boat, which is fine.

But just a day or so of swapping 30 or more messages, then suddenly get blocked is pretty annoying!

Yep it ia annoying but there are as many "fickle" couples on here as there are fake single men. A lot of couples think they are to good for a lot of single guys and hence we get blocked, ignored or even berated but hey life goes on, we get a bad name and then we all think this is shit but if we all posted up in the forums I have a sneaky feeling the site would crash !!

I have some sympathy - I had a spell on another site where I had some nice chats but then got blocked a couple of times - but only after I had sent a picture LOL - and for the record a face one not anything offensive!

talk about a blow to the ego!

It is frustrating but it's all part of life's rich tapestry I guess

gotta keep smiling and move on

Glad it's not just me.

I don't really mind if people don't like the look of my face from my photo, as long as they say so.

It's when you just get a block out of the blue!
