Hi all,

I'm looking to open a dungeon in the rhyl/prestatyn area.

With full facilities for all bdsm and fetish kinksters. Will be based in an old derelict warehouse, in a private non residential area.

Will be fully equipped to cater for all tastes and will have clean changing/shower facilities, along with a lounge/bar area and private areas. We hope to host weekly events and also make it available for private hire.

If this is something you think you or anyone you know would be interested in visiting or using please let me know, as I need just a rough guide as to how many people may use the facilities.

Also any suggestions/requests and help would be very much appreciated

Any questions fire away and I will try and get back to you as soon as possible. (i am just posting this to help a couple who will be the actual owners of this site!....)

There may well be, but a site mainly for BDSM would be a better bet. In my humble opinion, 50 shades is not what happens at BDSM type clubs....

Denbighshire will never license such a venture. It kills the miserable bastards to license the shop in Rhyl, so a venue for live fun won't stand a chance.

I have just had word and it will be an unlicensed place so own beer would need to be brought or a small membership fee to cover the costs of drink etc per month would be set up... I will reply later on when I know more. X

I think people we're meaning will it be licsencd as an 'adult venue' not will it have an alcohol licsencd?!

Yup. You need a license from the local authority to run any kind of 'adult' venue, whether it be a sex shop, club or cinema.

Trust us, in Denbighshire, it is NOT happening.
