Qualifications for being a manager?

Is the only one need is to be a complete & utter wanker? Or does not knowing what the f*ck your on about help?

Can see you are anti management pmsl. There are some complete wankers out there but my experience is generally that the guy complaining generally doesn't see the big picture. More often than not this is managers decision not to divulge all the info, but on occasion it is due to the narrow minded ness of the employee lol
