... a car for sale, how would you be advertised? (Nicked from the Lounge.)

Late 60's model Landrover, heavily modified for off-road use with chunky tyres, beefier suspension and running gear, a little rough round the edges but polishes up well.

One careful lady owner from new.

Well used, but still capable of out-performing newer models, prefers to be driven hard for extended periods, although refueling stops will be frequent.

Some stiffness in steering joints, and can be temperamental and difficult to start on cold mornings, but a little tinkering underneath will soon have it rumbling along nicely.

First to view will buy, no tyre-kickers or dealers.

Road-tests welcome.

Limo for sale . long slow and cumbersome but very comfortable ride.

when you rev me up i spew muck out of my pipe but most people especially women like it .

Few dents and scars here and there but polish up nicely, not too rough.

60's vintage classic insurance. 100% reliable.

Tat

4x4 landrover. Perfect for those off road adventures, chunky tires and large suspension to cushion the bumpy ride.

Had plenty of use but has been serviced regularly and we'll kept over the years.

If your looking for a sturdy reliable car that you can go crazy in, off road in and play in the mud then this model is perfect for you.

Has the usual bumps and scratches to the end work but everything under the bonnet is sound

Test drives very welcome.

1982 Ford Fiesta. Reliable and smooth. Can easily manage 3 passengers, 4 at a push. However, does lose a lot of fluid when pushed. Easily topped up tho, and never effects performance.

Early model e-type. Well maintained but showing some signs of age. Not as fast to the finish as when new, but gets there reliably and is a pleasure to ride.

benefits from attention to the gear stick, provides plenty of power but best outcums to the driver are from those moments of risk on the edge of the road.
