Is there any people who have any kinky fantasy about sleeping with a deaf stranger who can sign?

I'm profoundly deaf in both ears and I cannot hear anything. I do have a cochlear implant that enables me to hear things so that's the upside. I'm actually willing to meet women who wants to learn to sign.

Hi there, I wear two hearing aids I'm 85% deaf. Can't have implants cos my cochlear never fully develop when I was younger
