Has anyone been? Any experience of the place? We are going for a three night break soon.

Hi both. I haven't been myself but have heard very nice things about the place. You can't park next to your lodge though, by all accounts. Don't take any heavy gear! Like......breeze blocks

my son went last year to the one west wales way and he said hardly anything was open and there were a lot of hidden prices even though he paid in advance for most he said he would never go agai

but on the plus side the lodge accommodation was brilliant

as it is in Pembrokeshire there is always plenty of lovely scenery around here to see unless the weather is really bad and I would think that you will have access to the blue lagoon which is alongside bluestone aswell

We've been once before and are going again in 4 weeks time for a long weekend. It's a really nice place with top drawer accommodation. The restaurants offer really good food and it's not overly priced. There are hidden extras if you want to have spa treatments or things like but most things are reasonable. Hope this helps x

Have been very recently and loved it. Lodge was fabulous but if you're self catering I would definitely recommend taking as much of your own stuff as possible as shop on site is pretty expensive. We ate one night at the buffet restaurant and were really disappointed, overpriced and bland!

You can drive to your lodge to unload but then have to take your car to the car park by the entrance. Unless youre a blue badge holder then you can leave your car at your lodge. You can hire bikes or electric buggies to get about site (fun!) but book your buggy well in advance cos they get snapped up before arrival day!

We had a three day weekend but spent one day off site, lots going on though and pool is great!

Its a good place to unwind-pool is great fun-spa treats are relaxing though you pay extra the selection is great.

Local to it and many places still open but not for too long x

youll love it eat out though theres narberth nearby and pembroke haverfordwest its near tenby so plenty to do if you find some spare time come and meet some local fabbers

I've been here a few times and it is great, the food is really good and the Blue Lagoon brings out the inner child

Lodges do vary in style but I can't complain, it was slightly weird going downstairs to bed one week though ha

Try and book the all inclusive packages when they are on offer so you have your breakfast, evening meals included, choice of an outdoor activity along with a spa day too

Golf buggy's can be rented but they are not needed really as there is a free on site bus to take you around (tractor with seated trailer)

Got Oakwood and Heatherton along with Tenby just down the way but there is also many hidden walks around the site if you like the outdoors for fun

It's around the corner ish from us. We went at Xmas and had a great week. Lodges are nice but poorly finished. Don't expect to be 100 mph it's a very chilled break. Bring wine for the lodge as there isn't much to do in The evenings. You can get out around Pembs, but we enjoyed just Parkin the car and chilling. Wish we was there this weekend

We love Bluestone, but have to agree that onsite food is over priced and not very good. On plus side plenty of great places to eat in Tenby from superb fish and chip restraunts to top notch grub that will please your tummy and distress your wallet. A buggy is a must as its rather spread out and hilly.

Activities aren't cheap but those we did were well run and fun. Be nice if they had more choice of food like Centre Parks do and open up to franchise chains.

if you fancy some outdoor fun ( if not too cold by then ) Blackpool mill woods is next door to bluestone .. plenty of secluded car parks / lay by's in the woods , picnic table area , etc.

I am sure someone would confirm this is a place for some action.. Let us know if you do try it .. x

Really enjoyed the weekend at Bluestone. We didn't use the restaurants, we went into Tenby, Narbeth and Carew to eat etc. nice accommodation, clean and spacious, great bathroom with huge double ended bath and a walk in shower that gave great play opportunities. Huge bed!

We will definitely go again
