Okay I was slightly confused by the question so did a bit of research into designer vaginas.

I think the questions should be “Why would you want one done?”

The same as why would you want any other cosmetic surgery?

Again it is the media that pushes the “perfect image” upon the general population and sadly a small percentage will feel the need to confirm to the stereotype.

Ladies should be confident and happy in their bodies especially when their lifestyle is one such as this and if they are not then they need to ask the question why?

Personally I would rather the person attached to it be pretty inside than an aesthetically pleasing vagina
