How to out the timewasters?

I'm sure this has been discussed loads of times but is it just us, or do people actually WANT to swing on here!! Are they incapable of being honest and saying they have changed their mind? If you have gone to alot of trouble to sort childcare for some precious couple time only to get 11th hour cancellations it is very frustrating! Should there be a star system like on ebay? Or some sort of rating so if you turn up when agreed you get a star and can build up the colour or something, that way if you let people down your colour stays low. I appreciate there are genuine reasons for cancelling,but it is easy to sort vanilla social meets, so either there are people who like the idea, but can't go through with it, or one partner driving the arrangements without discussion and they refuse to go! Hence the range of excuses.. I bet we could all come up with quite a few...

It's amazing when you have a meet , and they turn up, guess that's a bonus to start with , them they tell you how they were fucking some lad all night til 10am the next morning, and the neighbours have to pop a letter through the door complaining about the noise she was making , that's not so bad I guess , but no , obviously need an afternoon fuck fest so head for an afternoon meet and spend all afternoon fucking , her words not mine , Really can't understand why she was tired and chemistry was zilch !! Waste of a clean shirt I say ........ Probably better to go out with friends for a beer !!!

Don't know what the answer is but we only meet verified people now unless we arrange o meet an unverified on the night we meeting.less chance of hem messing you about then,lol,also think that we give people a second chance if the excuse sounds genuine if they cancel again thats it.in our experience if they let you down twice they let you down three times .so its two strikes and your out with us .the block button comes out hen.also dongle men tend to angel or chicken out more than couples we find so only meet guys we met at socials or met previously .poppyxx

I agree with some sort of star system, there is an option in the report button on here to say didn't turn up.

On average I have about 4 a week of no shows, and 75% of them block me before I can ask what the problem was ???

I would love to name and shame, but can't on here and then their other half would find out they have a BI side then.......

We were on here before and left due to time wasters no we do the same as poppy... I do agree with the star idea xx

The issue with time wasters is discussed all the time, various suggestions of what to do has also come up, your idea of colour/star rating is pointless because it is open to abuse. For example, say we arranged to meet but you were rude to me, I could easily decide to rate you as a time waster yet you turned up

Fair enough.. We have been lucky so far, but had gone to alot of trouble to be cancelled for weak reason. I only mentioned the rating system because it works on ebay (and yes i'm sure people get negative feedback for a clash of personalities or perceptions of service) but it may be a neater way of showing that a couple are genuine, turn up when they say they will and are good fun!
