We looked into it but there wasnt anywhere that had a private area/room that didnt want a £500 bar guarantee. If the bar took less than that we would be liable to pay it.

As mentioned above, I also looked into Pontypridd and Rhondda valley.

Finding the right size place, on weekend with private room or area, proved very difficult, especially factoring in parking or public transport links.

I'm still keeping my eyes open.

Not all but most ask for a bar guarantee, that includes Caerphilly too.

A lot didnt want to rent out/cordone off an area either.

Is there any issues with ha ong a social on a pub without hiring the room. Just meet, chat, laugh and drink. Proper socialise. It doesnt have to be all about having sex. You can do that at the end of the evening should you click with someone.

Having sex isn't permitted at socials. The reason for hiring a room or area is that we can chat freely and don't get overheard by other punters.

💯 correct. Socials are a safe place to make connections with other swingers. We want to be able to be able to speak freely without worrying about being outed.
