I am very sorry to hear you have had a negative experience. If you don't mind my asking, could you go into a bit more detail please?

I'm guessing by the fact you've called it the Greenhouse, this occurred at a time when it was open to men only and not during a chams event or a trans inclusive night. As someone who has frequented the Greenhouse as both a patron and as someone who used to volunteer for a sexual health charity where we would regularly go and offer free testing to customers, I know the place (and staff) very well, and I know that they would be most upset if they knew anyone, regardless of sexual orientation/gender identity had had a negative experience.

The Greenhouse has always put customer safety and wellbeing at the heart of its ethos, which is why we were always welcome to go and offer our testing services in what is now the smoking area (it used to be a private room). In all the years I have been there, I have never experienced any negativity both in a professional and personal capacity, although as with any venue, I am aware that incidents do take place from time to time. However, the staff generally do a good job of preventing it, and always respond positively when a complaint or negative feedback is received, particularly if it relates to a member behaving inappropriately.
