Will try the cold water dipping - just need the time for it. Anything that lowers inflammation tends to work for me Thanks 🙏

"What type of pain? Muscular? Head? Arthritic? Been down the pain relief route and it's worrying how easily doctors will prescribe pill after pill. Unfortunately, I haven't found anything to help migraine/ head pain, have had a 24/7 migraine like pain for the last 9 years. No long term relief given by any treatment. Muscular and neck pain , found the best thing is a tens machine to reduce the pain , when extremely bad and gentle stretching. That by no means gets rid of pain but takes mind off for a while. Also a nice soak in a lazy spa helps in the summer." Inflammation and back, hip, rib pain it sucks

"plenty of supplements out there, yes still tablets but less intrusive to the body, tumeric and ginger, omega 3/6 oils (buy quality as they do oxidise), CBD can help with nerve signalling issues for some and is anti inflammatory. Eating raw, simply meaning fruits and salad products. Topicals like magnesium sprays, capsaisin creams. Zinc and magnesium before bed to help the body's natural recovery. Most of the non supplemental has already been mentioned. Although being careful with anti inflammatory things as that inflammation is there for a reason, sometimes reducing inflammation can reduce recovery rates. I have always sworn by omega caps, if I go a few days without them then I start feeling aches and pains more. " Fucking love alllll of this

"Fibromyalgia chronic pain here. I cant take traditional meds as the side effects are awful. I use Tumeric, Magnesium 4 in 1, Vitamin D 25000 ampoule, Milk thistle, Vitamin B complex and apple cider vinegar capsules. rest as much as you can and dont push past what your body is telling you. Massage helps, excessive heat or cold flares me up so saunas and cold water dipping is out for me. Tattoos are the best for me as it overloads my nerves and blocks the normal pain for a few days. I am an adult and life is hard so I deserve stickers too 🤣 Hope you find something Op." Thanks for this 🙌 tumeric and something they begins with a c that's in black pepper i have read up on

"Hemp seed oil contains all the essential fatty acids. There is a medical herbalist I know down your way who has done a lot of research and written about hemp seed oil. It has so many properties and when I was taking it, I felt amazing.." Fab thank you
