We are both pretty new to golf.

Sam's handicap is 32 and mine is my bats.

Only joined a club this year but improving weekly. We now have a whole book of excuses as to why it went wrong and a host of new swear words!

I'm thinking of getting back into it again having not played for a few years. Used to be reasonable but I'll settle for being able to hit the ball these days 🙂

We just keep looking at the improvements and take the positives.

It's a surprisingly technical game.

But we are enjoying the process!

North Wales

I like to play, but currently recovering from a broken finger. Should be good in a week or two.

Looking to hit up some North Wales courses: Abergele, Rhyl, Conwy and more.

Anyine who's in the area, let me know if you're interested in a two / three / foursome!

Most definitely I'm a nomad of a golfer not a member of a course I just play wherever an whenever I can as my work is all over so doesn't make sense to be if you get me? So I would be up for a round or 10

You should add North Wales, Maesdu, Rhos and Bangor to that list too. Views at Bangor in particular are sensational.

They're all on the list, along with a few more! Looking at joining one of them and there are reciprocal agreements between a few, so it would be nice to play on a few different courses too.

initially it’s all physical, just trying to repeat the correct swing. As we improve it becomes increasingly cerebral, a million thoughts going around in our head. Madness really

Been playing since I was a kid, doesn’t get any easier but is more addictive even than fab! Been stuck on a WHS index of around 5 now for a few years despite my best efforts to get it up 😈

Better late than never to this thread!

Love golfing and love company. Tend to try a few places around south ways wales, often weekdays when not working if anyone else fancies it?!

Do keep the clubs in the car when working away (just in case) across Wales. Lots on the lots still to play!
