Any bikers out there?? I'm totally new to riding and have to wait to do my direct access so I'm buying a 125 just to get me on the road asap....what bike would you suggest please?? I'm more into the retro style but don't want to lose too much money when I part ex it in 6months. Any help is appreciated 👍🤟

if it's retro you're looking for honda cg 125 would be a good start my fellas recently picked me up one back in november for cbt fantastic little bike and holds it's value but I've recently moved to a grom and much prefer it

To be perfectly honest if you have no intention on keeping it then do what I did i hired the bike for my Direct access. Just another option for you to think about. Best of luck with the test

Thanks for the suggestion but I'm thinking more of a brand new bike really,best retro style I can find at the moment is the Yamaha xrs125. Good luck to you with your CBT anyway🤟

I'm only getting a 125 as I can't get onto the direct access course until early July,I haven't had much experience riding so I'm getting it so I can get my riding skills perfected before I attempt the direct access... Appreciate the suggestion tho mate👍

No worries. When you get your bike there's a few of us on here that ride just shout out . I only work weekends so im free midweek which is awesome as roads are quieter. Ps i got my A1 20+ yrs ago. Lol.

Well I'll have a job to keep up on a 125 but I'm still up for a ride out, I've ordered my bike and brew passport so I'll be getting out there as soon as I can...I work most weekends too so midweek suits me fine.👍🤙

Well I'll definitely give you a shout once I'm on the road buddy, especially when I head down your way,got a lot of veteran friends so I'll be making a pitstop at the bulldogs in port Talbot as soon as I get the bike.👍

I’ve just got my CBT and looking to book my mod1 next couple of months time

I’ve got a cheap Chinese 125 just for now to get some experience on 2 wheels
