I’ve had a lot of guys message me using a female name, acting like they know me. But they're just doing the whole ‘I know you’ thing to try and get a reply as they can’t come up with anything original.

I have realised who someone is a few months after initially messaging them. Also had a couple of messages claiming to know me and we actually did know each other, but it was never an issue for me that we did

I've had messages from people who claim to know me and threaten to tell my family. I've just replied that I would contact the police if they continue to harass me. The majority of my family and friends know I'm on here anyway
