I remember in the day ,I changed a Capri engine on a weekend and a clutch in an evening, With these modern cars no chance 🤣🤣" My Dad had one of the first Interceptors when they came out. They reckon if the engine has been rebuilt correctly,they can be trouble free "regular anti freeze changes & timing chain changes are still imperative, many other V8s thrive on neglect, stags do not | |||

"There are some really good shows locally, and the local scene is a great one to support, but it depends on what you enjoy. If it's classic cars and the sedated nature, then have a look at local car clubs. If you are looking for something a bit more modern and varied, then there are some really good breakfast meet places, Baffle Haus in Cardiff (Pontypool venue is more motorbike focused), Ignition Shed just outside Abergavenny. Or look out just over the bridge at the Queen's square meets. Breakfast meets are usually free to attend and wander around and are designed to highlight a venue with a new audience. | |||
