Swasnea: Seeking a bit of advice?

So normally I don't tend to post on line and try to put up a good front and all that yet for us guys who suffer from social anxiety and are neurodivergent is there anything we can do to help mask it.

An while I can put up a good front, in front of a group, guys with my condition tend to either get to excited and make a utter fool of ourselves or go non-verbal.

it's why I tend to above socials.

Anyway if their are anyone on here who's been through or currently go through what I've been can you offer up some advice?
