We love it there. Its ment to be the flagship for uk I believe. But honestly all the complaints we hear yet never experienced anything bad there.

I go to the Club in Swansea, it is probably their worst club now in terms of cleanliness and general upkeep.

Well I have just rejoined. There are issues regarding the maintenance of the lounge, showers and the roof leaks in the tennis area. All of these can be fixed. Don't join till I check out a membership deal.
