You can do that with any of the major chains like Premier Inn. Days Inn, Travelodge, Ibis. They don't care how long you stay or whether you leave early. Just avoid some of the central hotels in Cardiff etc because some charge an early check out fee X

Ibis in newport is nice and cheap same deal..checkin from 12 early checkin available for early risers

Travelodge/metro in pontypool ok too..checkin from 2 or 3 early checkin available also.

Also used hilton at j26.... very good but not inexpensive... worth it if staying the night tho...

Hope that helps

Dave

Travelodge in Whitchurch is good, they don't have security checking everyone in and its quiet, with a nice carpark that's secure.

Premier Inn, Swansea Waterfront, is good as the reception is on the 1st Floor so you don't have to pass it again on your way out.
