Hi a question about nudist beaches or dunes that are accessible to anyone with a walking disability. My g/f wants us to visit Morfa Dyffryn as nearest to us but has a walking disability, its nearly a mile to the dunes n then difficult after to walk in the dunes. Is there other places more accessible for us in Wales ?

I don’t know how many beach wheelchairs they have there so maybe it’s to ensure everyone gets a fair amount of time to use one, you could maybe call or e mail and ask to extend the hire and see what they say.

Failing that possibly look at purchasing your own but that’s approx £4000 upwards

Tbh I bought an all terrain one for my daughter and it’s great, it goes over rough terrain like rocks, in the sea and snow and through woody areas but the price is eye watering

I am not sure if this is any good for your girlfriend but have my fingers crossed for her.

A lot of people visiting Studland beach in Dorset use bikes and I have seen a tandem bike used for similar reasons to yours.

Maybe one of the Welsh beaches would be suitable, it’s a few years since I have visited Morfa and can’t remember how suitable it would be there.

Guessing its the nudist bit and maybe a bit more if asking about the dunes! If not can drive onto black rock!

Tbh you’d still have to get off and walk a small section anyway on a bike.

I often ride there and go through the caravan site but have to get off and trudge through the short dune section to get into the beach.

Beach is fine for riding on though
