Only thing I could say is go to a reputable club with good reviews and most people in a club are very respectful there are always exceptions mind.

Try and befriend someone before going- most regulars post in the forums they are going and would be happy to show a lady around and introduce you to people. They would also be more than happy for you to tap their shoulder if you feel any unease or need some direction.

Wear something that you feel comfortable and confident in (including footwear) there are a lot of stairs in most clubs.

Don’t feel like you have to participate in anything more than socialising if you don’t wish. Take it at your own pace and remember women are in charge

I often go to the local club, rarely play these days but use it as a way of networking, getting to know people. A smile and friendly chat goes a long way

Great advice above , don't be afraid to be vocal and straight to the point , let people know straight away what your feeling

You will get guys that will cling to you and try it on as soon as you get there , Smile and say No thanks

Your in control , you let them know when it's okay to approach you if they touch you without asking then do what I do , I gently smack their hand away and say No !! Even if you like them , if i like them then I'll do it a flirty manner but still making it clear that I will let them know when I'm ready

Be friendly but vocal , there's a lot of regulars that go to the club which you'll soon suss out so approach them and they will take care of you
