I must admit I do love a lot of the geekier / nerdier films from Star Trek / Wars, Battlestar Galactica (original and new), Lord Of The Rings, Babylon 5, Quantum Leap, Sense 8. Heroes etc. Anything thats good really.

Male half was a big gaming geek (computer/consoles), RPGs and point and click adventures growing up ate into my life. Also, was a huge DC/Batman comic fan, and Punisher (marvel) through the 80's to the early 2000's.

Tried, but couldn't get into D&D stuff when younger (although have enjoyed the new Baldur's Gate game on PC), and the whole RPG board games seem fun, it's the same for me, but did do a lot of miniature painting-Space Hulk stuff mainly (loved Games Workshop shops).
