I'm sure it's been posted before but it seems so difficult to interact with people on here. Unless you're verified people just don't seem interested. Due to a busy life I'm finding it hard to make a social event, definitely will when I can. But until then, any advice on actually chatting or meeting some people?

Socials are so important for newbies. Especially men. Even if you can meet someone for a coffee so they can verify that you are who you say you are.

It's thst meeting that is near impossible

Even if you get chatting to someone (mainly female!!) Chat is going great, you mention a social coffee drink etc and bang ghosted

I often offer meet people for quick coffee / drink who need verifications. Sadly in 50% of cased, they end up being no-shows or don't confirm. Seems lots of people expect so eone to hold Thier hands and almost spoon-feed them and introduction to the scene.
