I was nude in my garden .have a high fence so I thought ok so wife went out I stripped off lie in garden nude .when my young neighbour called over the fence .

And panic set in as I thought shit I don't want to upset any one .

Is it breaking the law .nude in garden .

I know a man that walks the local woods naked and it's not a offence. People have reported him but he is not breaking the law.. of course I could be wrong..

If they have children then it's a no unless you can make your own privacy but if they are mature adults then I'm sure they will let you know if it bothers them.

In the absence of sexual nature. an offence is only possible if the naked person had the intention to cause alarm or distress. Used to get called to distress calls alot but naturism is completely legal on private land. Hope this helps and I hope you wear factor 50 where it matters ??
