I think personally you need to go on both days to decide for yourself , it's what me n hubby done and have been going on both days since lol

Fridays are members where as you can just pay on the door and pop in on Saturday.

If I'm taking new ppl/first timers, I go on a Saturday (Greenhouse) as it gives them a chance to get a feel for the venue and vibe without committing to a membership right away.

It's worth noting that Friday and Sat nights can vary. I tend to find there are more couples on Friday, but for dipping your toe in, going on a Saturday can be handy

And just to say Saturday is bi night bi friendly just to let you know some straight people some find it a put off
