Decide on a number you'd like to invite. Do you want a particular group, say all couples or mixed. From there work out the ratios. Have a reserve list in case you have drop outs.

Of course this all depends on venue too.

Are you gonna provide refreshments, light buffet maybe.

Area for socialising and for play.
