FabSwingers.com forum: Fab has changed me to a couples account, advice???

Hi all I've just had my account changed from a solo account to a couples account obviously with no details for the other person but I am single and never requested the change. From what I have read only the admin can do this and I have messaged but any advice on firstly why they would do this as i am a solo account and secondly is there a way I can change it back myself?? I'm this close to deleting my fab account because of it to be honest as it makes me out to be a liar about being single

You have to use the contact link at the bottom of the home page and ask to be put back as a single

I've done that but any idea how or why it's changed in the first place? Surely fab can't just decide to change it for no reason x

Bit surely the point in a swinging website is to have male or female friends ect, I find the fact they can change it really unprofessional and disrespectful as it now puts my profiles sincerity into question when I am single x

No idea why they would just change it, very random without you asking them to.

Wouldn’t hold much hope on hearing back though or it being sorted as I have a couples account with my friend and we can't post to forum. Sent 3 messages so far and nothing back and still can't post

My original solo profile got changed to a couple account because I mentioned Swinging with a friend.. so they do it

Well I'm just going to spam them then and get people to report my account and put the notes as they should change it back to singles until they do, for a website I pay for I would expect more professionalism and not pushing people to delete when create and pay again x

We have exactly the same issue with our couples profile. Not renewing subscription after it expires out of principle as our requests haven’t been actioned.

It's frustrating, no reason it shouldn't be working and we won't renew either if it's not working by time expires

Happened to me too, only when I split with my fwb they changed it back, we had both the same details on our singles account but he kept his single male account
