To those who take in the world class scenery we have here, what has been the most beautiful place you have visited?

I'm putting a list together so i can get some mindfulness walks in come warmer days.

The waterfall walks near Glynneath are beautiful, especially Yr Scwd Yr Eira, the path goes behind the waterfall.

You have loads of amazing places up the valley.. just climb a hill and discover.

Near Cowbridge

Rhossili. The first time I saw the wurm/worm's head and beach from the cliffs I was in awe.

Lovely beach to surf too.

Not so much walking but an Early morning coffee on the sea wall in Amroth (tide in). Or sunset with a beer on the slip. If I fancy the journey it's always nice sitting on freshwater west watching the sunset. Not much walking but so relaxing.

There are so many walking groups out there, some run very safe some aren’t, remember if you are taking people out in the mountains please make sure everyone is safe,, make sure you have the knowledge to take people out in the wild, because a nice sunny day can turn into a nightmare, and it’s other people that put their lives at risk to rescue people, but it’s a brilliant idea getting people out there, but be safe and enjoy

Just a sidenote, one or two of the trails to these spots can be a bit of a slog, and you should really wear suitable fotwear like boots, and take a waterproof top, one guy put up a FB reel about a family trip to the falls and lets just say he ended up going alone as the rest of the party wernt really up to it.

I’m very fond of the trails in Bryn and Afan. A few hours there with my doggo and a podcast clears the noise between my ears.

Not quite over the hill

The Blorenge is fantastic for a walk. Cracking views and a car park that takes care of most of the height.
