When we first joined Fab, we met and became friends with a very nice couple. As we got to know them, we found out that, as a result of being outted as swingers, it set a series of events in motion which eventually led to them loosing their house. Some other very good friends of ours ended up with their faces splashed all over the local papers when we were organising a camping social. We got contacted ON HERE by press and radio programmes asking us for interviews. And, just recently, someone started a TG group via Fab, to which people joined...and now he/she/they has left Fab...so they now have a list of peoples details (and possibly face pictures, some people are less security-minded on messaging groups) with which they can, (if they are of a mind) wreak potential havoc. People will have a level of trust towards organisers that may lead them to drop their guard, give details that they might otherwise not share with the general swinging masses. 99.9% of people who organise events are genuine, nice people...but there needs to be transparency, lets face it, if someone contacted you with a hidden profile and their last veri was from 8 years ago, you'd be asking questions too, right? | |||
