Now personally, i love a good snogathon to get my juices flowing but some including single guys are not into the whole kissing scene. quite happy to stoke the fire without polishing the mantlepiece eh!

It's my decision (mrs) that we don't kiss other people on meets.

For me, kissing signifies love and being in love and being loved.

In varying degrees obviously, I kissed my grandparents and parents, I kiss my children and grandchildren, I kiss my good friends and of course kiss and snog the face off my partner!!

I'm not comfortable with either of us kissing members of the opposite sex. This obviously doesn't suit everyone but I'm sure most people have preferences of one form or another.

For me kissing, cwtching n tactile play are essential components of a good meet and for that reason I choose not to meet people who don't kiss. I could never guarantee I wouldn't dive in for a snog, its second nature for me.

The need for a decent snog is another reason why I choose my meets wisely and prefer to meet the same small group of people on a regular basis. :-+

Gotta kiss definitely, went on 1 meet when i used to be on here as a couple with my ex and the lady said that there was no kissing allowed, and tbh i never felt so uncomfortable and it was the only meet i didn't enjoy. I think it breaks down the walls mentally and makes sex more personal

My best and most intense meet resulted in a snogathon with lots of eye contact and plenty of physical contact.

So to say no kissing would, and has left me feeling slightly used and devoid of emotion.

As people have said some people don't like kissing, maybe it's because they keep that level of intimacy for their partner, however they are happy to have sex with a stranger which seems strange to me as it is even more intimate.

Either way it's a personal choice and as long as people respect each others boundaries and are happy to comply does it really matter

Exactly people snog in clubs up and down the country .its the first step to shagging .you don't see people just go up and fucking in clubs unless its a swing club.there has to be some attraction and sensuality of a snog as a first step.we are not animals.poppyxx

None of us are 'silly' nor 'animals' however we are all individual humans and as such have the right to have our own preferences on whatever issues we feel strongly about.

It seems to us that, from the private messages received, there are quite a few other couples who feel the same as we do but won't say publically due to the response in the forums to those with different preferences.
