Hey all,

We haven't been to chams for a few years, well pre COVID.

We were very new then, went twice and it was super daunting and although most people were lovely and the staff were friendly the whole experience wasn't what we expected. I (f) had some unwanted touching after explicitly saying no thanks and it has kinda put us off and my car was smashed into right outside the club the second time

That as well as not having any experiences at the club play wise although the people we spoke to were super friendly.

What I'm wondering is how it has changed since pre COVID and would a theme night like BBW etc be a better option for attending as we went on random nights.

It's the closest club to us by a few hours drive so options are limited

My Ice Castle! South Wales

It took me a few times going to get the right feeling at the club.

Unwanted touching unfortunately happens, it shouldn't but it does. Be assertive and tell the person to stop. If they don't report to the bar so they can be dealt with. If you do decide to try again and choose the BBW it's hosted by PQ (myself being the former host) if anything happens inform her and she'll have it dealt with. It's not acceptable and is bad etiquette. Unfortunately some seem to feel as they're in a swingers club they can just touch what they see. It's not just men that do it though fair few women seem to think they can get away with it too!

I hope if you do decide to venture back to a club you can have a good experience as it can be so much fun. The socialising alone keeps me going back let alone the play when and if it happens.

The twilight zone

Just to echo what snow has said. It is unacceptable for anyone to touch without consent. Anyone doing so and making others feel uncomfortable are advised to adjust their behaviour, if they don’t they are asked to leave the club and banned.

With regards to play and not getting the experience you wanted. I would caution anyone not to go with any preconceived ideas or expectations. No one , is guaranteed sex. If you go with an open mind, socialise with people and treat it as just night out it takes the pressure off.

Sorry to hear about your car but that could happen anywhere and is unfortunate.

I hope you decide to return to the club and you’d both be very welcome at the Bbw event

The previous advice is spot on.

Some people think that it's acceptable to touch, and think that because it's a club it is OK. This is also not isolated and happens in all clubs.

Tell the staff or the regulars and I'm sure it will be dealt with.

I never go to the club with expectations of anything more than a social evening where I can relax and meet like minded people.

The club is what YOU make it, and you should come again
