I'd just liketo say thanks a lot to all the timewasters and messers wh have got us so fed up that we're condidering leaving. If you want to meet then fine, but arranging to meet then not showing and not contacting is just pathetic, especially if we've swapped mobile numbers. The two of us have experienced it individually, and we've both travelled to couple meets only to find it a setup. well thanks, cos the latest one is close to being our last, as hub right p'd off. Maybe its time for a rethink Suz.X

Same here hun,we have arranged sitter and travel to meet to find they not genuine.Many times we thought of pulling the plug on the whole idea.Xx

well just meet verified people then .you know they genuine.anyone been on here for a year or 6 months with no veries as a couple are fake or messers.if they met they would have had a tick even if not displaying ant veries.poppyxx

Totally agree. Time wasters are the scum of the earth. One couple cost us £200 in hotel & fuel costs & 6hrs travelling last month. Money we couldn't really afford to waste

Even though I'm not verified myself I've had my time wasted by 2 fully verified members on here, one canceled when i was on the way to the meet, fair enough but they could have let me know earlier. And the other i was meeting for a social meet and she didn't turn up, and then i found she had blocked me on here, totally wasted journey. Just wish people were a little more considerate

i can understand how you feel as it does not cost much to send a message or phone if they are unable to meet you for some reason. i hope that should you decide to leave fab that you will keep in contact with the genuine people on here that you have developed friendships with

Unfortunately, in my experience (and I suspect that of many others too) it is not just the unverified who waste time. I've been let down several times by verified on here without any explanation or apology.

We feel exactly the same.

We've been messed around so much that we are considering giving this up too.

The verified people probably have a higher reliability than non verified but its by no mean a guarantee (although people with a large string of verified meets are probably a safe bet, so please don't take this as a dig at you).

We have been messed around / stood up by verified and non verified. It seems that a lot of easy/fake verifications are out there along with people that use other accounts to verify themselves.

Don't understand people's mindset or pleasure in doing this to others.

Might just leave and stick to clubs from now on tbh.

Clubs and parties are definately the way to go especially if you're travelling that way no disappointment with no shows and if you don't meet anyone there that you fancy playing with at least you can have a good night out for your cash

ps night out 10th of may in wind st for my 40th all welcome lol had to get a plug In lol it's posted in the Wales forum more the merrier

Hello All,

I myself have found that the timewasters begin to overtake the non timewssters on this site and it seems to matter little if they are verified/unverified/single male/MF couple.

It really does seem to have proliferated of late and even worse in a fashion that does not include any excuse or contact after the no show.

PS, I agree with the name and shame I always report to admin, but nothing seems to be done. All that happens is that when you do name and shame, you yourself get a 48 hour forum ban

Ad a meet lined with a male and my fem fb took a afternoon of work so did she travelled a fair way for a mo show cost us about two hundred ponds

Yep we totally agree with you. We had exactly the same, but they then started to make fake dates in our name. They had our number and location we use. They deleted profile but have appeared with another, and despite reporting them, they are still on here.

We have had enough of this site and not meeting anyone off here anymore.

Yep happened to us.... They say that members don't want it...... That's because most of them are fakes.... ,!!!

They should be a feedback similar to eBay... Where both positive and negative feedback is displayed.... It seems to work of them...

we cant have a name and shame section because some nasty pasties would just use it to cause problems for members they dont like. there are ways to get the word out about timewasters without getting banned aint there like word of mouth but timewasters usually change their profile name lol

Unfortunately I think at some point we all go through it and its a shame as it makes u so weary of the next meet u arrange u in turn don't want to turn up in case they arnt there xx

In 12 month on here we have NEVER been let down neither have we let anyone down.

Don't think it's just luck but sticking to our tried+tested rules a to:who/when/where/how.

Using instinct,reading behind words,commonsense + above all spending some time chatting works well for us.

Happy swinging + good luck in picking the genuine ones!!!....it might means waiting but patience is a virtue(+ we are worth waiting for )

if i or we meet we turn up let us down all our friends will know people do get problems the worst ones we get are singles saying there couples and only the male turning up if we cant speak to the misses there history and reported to site owners only actual meet verys should be allowed on here why leave the site because of some dick head time wasters ask peeps about the people your supposed to meet we travel miles to meet people

Getting a fake verified profile is to simple so as some have said even verified users are no longer a safe bet to turn up we personal don't meet anyone we don't know that has only one verify or they have hidden their veris

Crikey, we must be exceptionally lucky as we've been on here for about 3 years at least and similar time on another site (as a couple, and time previously as singles) and neither of us have encountered time wasters. We've had folks cancel but rearranged and all worked out fine! x

well ive noticed when you advertise for meets its always mrs away we play separate etc what i dont see is a veri actually verifying you as a COUPLE as anyone actually met the fem half perhaps people are not time wasting just having misgivings about who they are going to meet
