Well, I go dipping on a regular basis, and wondered who else does this too.

Let me know your favourite spots. (I prefer cold water dipping to the early morning sea swims)

Would love to introduce new people to it, and it's benefits. Ask away!

Hi there

I regularly swim in the river Rhymney that flows through Ystrad. I have a couple of lovely spots for swimming that are private. I've swum nude and clothed. Id love to show them to you, social swim xx

Well, there's Garwnant (if you're ok with midge bites) and Pont ar Daf (slightly less midges, and lush scenery). It's definitely our favourite place (even though it's 45 min away for me, and 70 min for subby). Always looking for more. Tend to stay away from private land, as it's not worth it.

Cynon Valley

I would like to try it but having underlying health conditions as well as having a few strokes it worries me. Ive tried cold showers at home for a minute or two and that waz tough.
